The Hot and Warm
setting
on this washer
will be
cooler than you are accustomed
to. Wash
temperatures
in this Energy
Star washer
are lower than
the temperatures
you may be used to in conventional
washers.
Heated
water consumes
the largest amount
of
energy
that a washer
uses. Today's detergents
work
well
at temperatures
above 60°F (15.6°C).
You should
select the wash/rinse
water temperature
based on the type of load you are washing.
Always
use
the warmest
wash water safe for fabric and follow
garment
label instructions.
Depending
on location,
water
temperatures
may vary by season.
The fill rate may also
differ depending
on the water temperature
selected.
