Lexmark Z600 series printer driver for windows xp

Hi,
If anyone can help me it would be really great. I have tried over and over and over (if you can imagine about 8 hours of trying between last night and today)
to find the correct driver for lexmark Z600 series printer. I have the cd, however when I put it in my cd drive, nothing at all happens, tried to go to the cd icon in my computer, there is no icon there. Went to lexmark.com and they don't seem to have the proper driver. I tried a few of the ones they do list that should work, but none of them work. I really need to reinstall this printer and get it working again. I have deleted all old printers etc.... Please help...I can't find a universal driver either. It's making me nuts ...lol
