Unhappy Philips dvd+-rw sdvd8820 problems
I am having major problems burning dvds with this device. I can burn cds all day long, but no dvds. I have a gateway notebook mx6448 and everything says it is working properly, but it's not. Please help me. I only have a 20 GB drive and after I download a couple of movies I have to watch and delete and I really want to burn them.
